Was around 11 yo when got exposed to his music. I was just like a normal kid in Cameroon, listening to the stuffs they feed you with on TV, Radio, Entre Nous Jeunes etc. Then I asked '' Damn! Who's the guy singing ''? Later, when my parents asked me what I wanted for my birthday gift, I said '' An Original CD of Richard Bona's music '. I can't forget the way they looked at me that day😂. As if I wasn't a normal kid😂😂😂. Then my mom❤ brought me an Original copy of '' Scenes From My Life '' album dedicaced by the Master himself, reminding me it was just a loan😂. Since then, his music has been the food for my Soul. I thank the EXISTENCE for Richard Bona's life❤❤❤

I accidentally listened to the original version of this song on radio at work 5 year ago and I loved the sound so much I quickly went to Shazam. And that was the beginning of my love for his music. It's bee a wow journey! ❤ I couldn't believe when I heard that he was coming to Zambia. I immediately bought two tickets for me and my wife coz my wife got to know about him through me playing his music. I will never forget that night . Listening to songs I already but LIVE! Wow!!l

Is this the most beautiful song in the world or what? Wow! The sensation you get from this song is surreal. It illicits a special kind of mood ( I don't know which one exactly) I have listen to this song in scorching hot weather(above 37 degrees) in Cameroon and it made me feel like the world was this vacious space of just peace and serenity Then when I was studying in Finland, the same song in an unforgiven winter of -30 degrees) and I got the same sensation. I remember I used to listen to this in the Electronics lab and totally forget that I still have to go home inside the winter bliss.

j'adore cette musique, je l'ai écouté des milliers de fois, au boulot, à maison, sur les bondé de Douala, que de beaux souvenirs de cette ville où je suis né et grandi; et que j'ai quitté il y'a plus de 07 ans pour m'établir dans une ville petite du Cameroun. Des souvenir triste aussi, la destruction de mon quartier, la désolation partout autours. cette musique m'a apporter de la force quand j'etais épuisé, m'a appaisé quand j'étais dans le doute, et ma donné du sommeil quand une nuit blanche etait en téléchargement. merci pour tous les bonnnes choses que tu nous procure. tres belle reprise, elle suscite toujours autant d'emotion malgré le temps qui est passé.

He was already four albums deep by the time I discovered his music in 2006. You are a true blessing man. Most of my mid-to-late 2000s memories have your music as their soundtrack!
