Good stuff this interview. So refreshing to see Miranda Hart as herself instead of playing a "character" in her normal quick interviews. Also Hyperdrive is a way underrated comedy IMHO.

£33,146 / 1156 = £28.67 per person. That's amazing considering Mr Herring gives the material away free. Shows how much people want the show to continue.

The Splat Bat?🏸 57:17 - "Mum, did I choke on anything when I was little?" "Er... yes, dear. When you were a baby. Talcum powder." And if anyone was wondering, the 'Welsh schoolboy' who comes up with Richard's silly questions is Chris Evans (yes, THAT Chris Evans, the Big Breakfast bloke off the telly, who's also this programme's director). Allegedly.

Hyperdrive was brilliant. I still binge the entire 2 series' of it about twice a year from my DVD collection. What's not to like about a comedy with Miranda Hart, Nick Frost and Kevin Eldon all in major parts. + a fantastic couple of appearances from Monserrat Lombard?

Richard discussing Miranda's genealogy was aptly strange. I'm her distant cousin since we share an 18th-century earl for a common ancestor. When I first found out Miranda branched off of dukes and earls, I tore her family tree apart for a connection.

Re male and female gaits. There is a few seconds of genius in All of Me where the Steve Martin character is inhabited by the soul of a woman, and the character walks on one side as a woman and the other as a man. See if it if you can.

How is it foul language? It's a nonsense word that doesn't mean anything. If you think it's a crude word, then that's just your filthy mind at work.
