Great interview and they’re still working on this in 2020. 600+ mph runs at the end of 2019, so they’re not far off. Unfortunately Richard Noble no longer seems to be part of the team, but Andy Green is still in the driver’s seat.

@Pook365 Yes, and the Victorians also made the country richer. If you were innovative and had a wonderful idea, would you be happy for everyone else to profit from YOUR innovation? This is why the UK is now a graveyard for innovation, either everybody and their uncle wants a cut of your earnings, or nobody is prepared to risk anything on a new venture The financial market was seen as Britain's future, look what happened there! Greed will always exist, whichever political direction it comes from.
