So happy that you’re reading your book Richard; the woman who does so on audible makes a good job of it but it will be 1000 times better

Absolutely agree. Your book's "natural trajectory" feels, to me, more like having a synergetic and empathic encounter.

Love it... I had a near-death experience NDE. Studying the gene keys before and after. The parallels are amazing... after my illusion of death. My shining bright moment. 30 minutes documented without a pulse. I am staying in the gift and shiddi of higher self. Shadows briefly blow through, and I use them to associate where people are still stuck. WE are all in this together. Love the journey. I am!

Wonderful interview and insights, both of you. Thank you so much. Especially @55:00 to be exhausted with seeking, that you sit with yourself, finally. Like earlier Richard mentioned Ram Dass inviting his psychoses to sit down with him for tea. The lovely thing about the Gene Keys is the pathways into the inner realms so we know who to invite.

@ravenkindproductions2931 I second your statement to its entirety and confirm that inviting our deepest shadow for tea or in my case coffee 😂 was the best experience of all. Face it, have a deep conversation with it, nurture it, be kind and accepting to it, love it more so for the pain it brings. For this pain illuminates our inner world and frees our spirit 🤍✨️🙏 Lifelong, yet truly majestic this journey of ours 🙌🏻 Amazing interview, thank you millions 🙏

Beautiful. Interestingly I was drawn to the gene keys when I started to be with all of me and holding myself in love and compassion. Also holding me as gently as I can, when I slip, with the same love and compassion. Thank you for your podcast and for Richard Rudd’s wisdom. It really resonates with me.
