This song is one of the most touching songs of lost love, I’ve ever heard. Richard Shindell, has such talent for writing and conveying the human experience. True troubadour. Thank you,... Mr Shindell.

A Richard Shindell classic, and Sarah Milanovich is a magical and marvelous addition to one of the best songs ever. Thank you.

Another incredible live performance of Richard Shindell filled with emotion and musical savoir faire. This musician is among the best US folk artists of our time and his writing is poetic while documenting important sights and feelings of our time. As a native New Yorker living far away from the US, I only need to listen to a few of his songs to find all the feelings and sensations shared by a generation of late boomers and early crashers. Thank you Richard Shindell for knowing how to say it for us. God bless you

I don't hear this as lost love -- his wife is sitting beside him and probably feeling the same way about the house they lived it ... and the untameable wisteria. I can listen again and again to this fine song.

The house on 23 at the reservoir. I hear this, I think of Grandma Byrnes, the family gatherings, and the wonderful Wisteria that grew on the trellis and which put forth its heady fragrance and purple flowers.

I have seen Richard 3 times live and this is one of his best. We have all been in a similar moment and can connect with the lyrics. Wonderful song for sure

My absolute favorite song of his, and that's saying something. I love his music since I heard CryCryCry. I always request this song when I see him.

Let's not drive away just yet Give me a moment more To walk through those rooms again To walk through that door If we turn off the radio I've only to close my eyes And the wind in the sycamores Will carry me home The vine of my memory Is blooming around those eaves But it's true it's a chore to tame wisteria I'm tempted to ring the bell Mayber they'd let me in Or maybe it's just as well To let just be Remember the price we paid? It wseemed like a lot back then Remember the love we made The day we moved in?
