1:37 Sums up as: I don‘t think Hume is right about natural laws being natural laws because that conflicts with my christian believe that they aren‘t. That‘s a reason there is a god, which now seems to prove what I already assumed for no reason other than „I don‘t like it“. This is not wisdom, this is the opposite.

So basically, if you believe in God to start with, then the weight of evidence shifts in favor of miracles? Baloney. Did this guy ever read Dialogues on Natural Religion? Rather, I'd have it the other way, miracles 'exist' if people want to believe them, in that case, we will find an excuse to allow or validate them. It is thus that we create miracles in the same way that we create God and not the other way around.

This is just Holland's point and it arbitrates miracles

Your misrepresenting what Swinburne actually said. He begins by saying that the individual can't dismiss the possibility of miracles through Hume's argument because it makes a presupposition to naturalism being true, therefore arguing in a circle against the possibility of miracles. Swinburne doesn't take the inverse model of Hume's argument (that you claim he did, but hopefully you realize Hume does the exact thing your claiming Swinburne does but through naturalism), rather he claims that an individual should be agnostic about the possibility of a miracle claim. To add on from my own perspective, we'd expect in both possible worlds the perception of the amount of miracles happening to be extremely low because it would demonstrate an authority which supersedes the natural laws of the universe. If speaking in tongues or healings happen regularly, even under the command of a specific religion, I'd be very skeptical about accepting it as "supernatural" and would probably seek a natural explanation for the apparent natural order these supposed miracles are carried out within. If a God wanted to use miracles as a way to bring about the most amount of people through a freely *chosen* salvation, my third model of a possible world would certainly not be the way.
