I had the pleasure of meeting Professor Tarnas at an astrology conference in Fort Lauderdale FL. He gave a fantastic class, playing musical examples for archetypal energies, which means a lot to me. He had the warmth and class to join us all for a Mexican dinner. One of my most cherished memories. We had a little chat too when he commented on my transits. I heard him another time in Sedona. Blast Astrology conference in 2009. He is truly a light in a world steeped in confusion and danger. Speaking of music, the start of this, "archetypal sacrifice". Reminds me of this brilliant song.... Although a bit more political, the legendary XTC sing about this very idea in "The Ballad of Peter Pumkinhead" I hope Rick will also check it out. 😮😅

Mr. Tarnas has great insight and is good at bringing this to light. It is from a higher age and predates the awfulness of Darwinism and Rationality (Reason) being deified.

Before the descent into the Dark Age there was great knowledge: Parmenides, and Socrates, then Plato. Prior to that there was great knowledge by the Sumerians.
