Nice man. That shooting the prism arrow up and catching it to avoid the green lava stuff at the end is genius, and might be exactly what I need to beat this bastard. I've mostly seen people use double dash to maintain air time, but I just can't do it consistently enough no matter what I do. The prism catch seems like a much safer and smarter strat, especially for single player where you can't rely on the odds of at least 1 of 4 people to maintain double-dodge flight for that long.

Thanks for the video! I'd beaten all of the red archers but had no lives left, so I paused the game and looked up this video to help remind me of what to expect. It did the trick! Somehow I managed to beat all of the bosses (Cataclysm) on Legendary without using a continue, so I got an eyeball looking medal instead of the gold skull :O

Very well done! I'm astonished by how you used the prism arrow to self-freeze while the green goo is coming from underneath (mind you sure, wasn't long enough hehe) but maybe doing it twice or dodging higher would give you enough room to clear it once the goo drops again. Oh, and I didn't even know you could dodge through the saw-blades (the green orbs I knew, but wow what a difference this one makes).

Very nice! Your strategies are quite different from mine. For the part that starts at 3:00 I stay close to the middle and jump + dash up to dodge the bombs. And it's strange that shooting him does nothing but it still looks like he gets damage. I used every single arrow in the room on the eyeball, including the ones from the red archers. I was confused when he didn't die. It's quite easy to shoot him if you stay high up on the wall, but useless unfortunately.

I know this message is old, but Towerfall Ascension is from 2014, Towerfall Darkworld is from 2015 and Celeste is from 2018. You mean that Celeste level is a mirror copy? I didn't see it yet.

@@Heroselohim I completely forgot this message too (and succeeded to cringe myself by reading old me lol) But what I meant is that the purple bricks, green crystals, eye monsters, as well as how the mirror turns into a portal (similar to the background in Cataclysm) when Madeline gets into the other side, made me feel like it was done on purpose. I was actually thinking that both universes could possibly be connected to each other because of this, while making it sound like Towerfall plagiarised Celeste lol (which I know is not possible and also that both games are from Maddy Thorson)
