Watching through the windscreen with the wipers on was rather mesmeric...and oddly soothing. Oh that beautiful green! Aww, so pleased you included a bit of the Ffestiniog. ❤ The rainforest is utterly stunning.....yes, magical. And now you're giving us a bit of seaside........thank you for taking us along for such a gorgeous breath of fresh air! So glad your house came through the deluge unscathed. Richard one of the best ever trips I want on was to the Dee Valley. We stayed at the Dee Valley cottages, walked the fabulous river trail the whole way to Llangollen, rode the steam train, drove to and visited Portmeirion, took a trip to Snowdonia and drove back to Holyhead via Betys-y-coed. Just stunning, I love Wales, in fact I love all the British Isles ❤️ Thanks for the memories ❤

What an amazing vlog, and thank you for showing us your journeys there and back, plus the beautiful scenery of north Wales. One place you visited was called Barmouth, which I have never visited, and I thought it looked amazing. I know it gets wet a lot, but Wales is so gorgeous that I think anyone would forgive the bad weather, but when the sun shines on the mountains WOW what a wonderful sight.

The M6 😢 I have to endure this crazy road every time I want to travel from Scotland to see family in Warwickshire. Always hold ups, regardless of the day and time I travel. It seems way worse than when I started doing this journey 30 years ago (busier, and more arrogant, selfish drivers) but it may just be that ageing means I can cope less well with it all.
