The MC Stradale was also sold in Japan, not just Europe. As well, the 2011-2013 models all came with carbon fiber bucket seats and were 2 seaters only. Some came with the optional roll cage bar from factory, these are the rarest. Starting 2014 it became 2+2 seats and didn't come with the racing bucket seats anymore.

Nice job Richy. You explained the differences between the Euro car and the US pretty well. I've got a 2011 2 seater Stradale which makes such a fantastic noise that I don't think I will ever be parted from it!

You're so incredibly lucky to have one of the few rare Stradales that have only two seats! It's sad that we don't get the Stradales here in the US but I'm glad that we at least get to have the same looks. I agree though, after being able to drive the GT and listening to the sounds, this is one of the few cars that we will never end up selling. I wonder though are you able to daily drive your Stradale or is it too uncomfortable to use it everyday?

It's fine to use everyday but I don't. I have a daily driver 530 touring as I also have kids, bikes, dog etc that don't fit in a 2 seater so easily!

Ah I see I’m glad to hear the suspension for the Stradale isn’t so rough that you couldn’t. Ours is probably softer compared to yours since it’s just a GT Sport with a different body kit

OUTRUN I have on too in Bianco Eldorado from 2012;)The 2seater Version 1/300 made I love the Seats from the MC 12 and Enzo.Its much cooler than the 4seater version of the Stradale 😎and it is even louder with 109 dB stock the 4 seater has 101 DB

You forgot to mention the Stradale has 10mm wider tires at the front and at the rear - and thus offers more grip. I‘ve tracked one and it a big difference to the SPORT variant. Also the transmission system is not that of the 599 but the 599GTO. It shifts timing is 60ms in RACE mode!

Good explanation. Best things abut the Euro Stradale is the start up and downshift blip in Race mode. Bolt a Larini exhaust and sports cats to a standard GT and the difference is pretty amazing, Better sound than the Stradale on the overrun.

the real mc stradale has the mc shift gear box which is the proper robotised manual and in race mode it shifts gears in 60ms the same as the 430 scuderia. some say of of the best iterations of the single clutch f1 box. the ones like yours has a zf auto box which is twice as slow to shift and does downshift as aggressive or slam you in the back on upshft

the drive by wire system is basically a software you can install on your maserati to make the transmission performance better.

The 2009 had 300 shipped to North America with the F1 transmission and ceramic brakes it was called a gran turismo s cambiocorsa it's the closest to the euro spec.

Not much difference other than the exhaust configuration and the the body kit. Other than that everything is pretty much the same
