Momma Sue reminds me of my wife. She also loves catching gills along the bank in the spring! She wants her bobber and lucky Flu-Flu jig tipped with a wax worm or a piece of night crawler. When She watched this video, she said " I want to go fishing with Momma Sue! She's my kind of fisherman!" It made me feel pretty darn good. THANKS!

Your the man Richard I really enjoy your videos especially when you bring your wife sure makes it a lot of fun. I brought my wife out bas fishing and in one day she hooked my stocking cap and yanked it off my head with a square bill crank. And within an hour she got snagged on a log pulled on it super hard it came loose shot out of the water like a bullet and hooked me on the side of the head thank God it didn't go past the barb. Needless to say we called it a day. Thanks again for all your great content 🤙🏽

Can you say weather you will be making more Kayak videos. Your a hoot to watch in a kayak. I Kayak fish all the time. Thats why I'm wandering. Its an entirely different world on a lake, then being in your big boat. Its more peaceful. It also takes a lot of different muscles and skills to accomplish. So come on Richard! I targeted skip jack yesterday, and caught 5. I was using 2 1/16oz pink crappie jigs with a 1oz weight at the bottom tied up like a sibiki. Not only did I catch 5 skip jack I caught about 6 bass. Every time I'd let the lures drop below a foot or two bam a bass would get it. Then I figured I'd move away from the bass to someplace a little deeper. Then boom, I caught a 5 lb spotted bass on 10lb test in a 4mph current. Took a good 5 minutes to fight him to the edge of the rocks so I could grab him. I was thinking of you the whole time catching everything that swims on a jig. Good stuff Richard, you remind me of my family. Roll Tide from down in Montgomery, Al.

What a great fishery you have! We have boated over 500 BG so far this spring but it’s slowed dramatically now. We use wax worms. They last longer than worms on the hook.
