BOA S3 Connector Replacement on S-Works Cycling Shoe

Thank you for taking the time to shoot and post this. I just had one of mine pop out and though it would need a shoe deconstruct and unit replacement. After watching this all I needed to do was snap it back in.

Thank you. I didn't know about the replacement policy. I had a spare that I paid 28USD for but they are sending a new one to replace the spare.

Do you know if the lace of the S3 BOA is removable/separable from the dial (in case one has to replace the boa on the new s-works torch shoe and put the lace through the bands located in the tongue of the shoe before re-lacing it to the dial)

I don't think it is, unless BOA have changed the design to allow them to be laced through holes. My s-works just have the tabs to slip the lace behind but not the eyelets that exist on the Touch tongue. Would the tongue remained centred without the lace going through the tongue, seemingly, to hold it in place?

Nestor, go to the Boa website and make a warranty claim. They provide lifetime warranties on their products so will send you a replacement. They did for me. Great service too. www.boafit.com/

@@adamossgolebiewski1776 Wow, really? Were you able to take this BOA model apart? I didn't even begin to look at that. What gauge wire did you use?
