Rick you have no idea how much you just saved me. I have option paralysis when it comes to the ROV. I've finally found a reliable approach in Al Schneiders method. Thank you so much!

This is a fantastic tutorial. I think I'm starting to get it after 10 viewings.

Seriously I have been *afraid* to even try multicoin routines because I’m always worried about the coins talking, but this cleared up so much for me to expand my routine. Truly looking forward to the next tutorial!

What awesome magic Rick. This is such a winner, and your magic is so smooth.

Right??!! I’m jealous of Rick’s smoothness too, my thumb does weird sh*t when I do my vanish haha

Excellent and thanks! I wish I would have had access to this video when I started working on stacking coins in Downs and edge grip. It took me a looooong time to feel that my hand was “natural” looking while doing so. I still find that my productions from this stacked position are more difficult than the vanish.
@ResoluteGryphon2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Rick. I've been working on this very sequence since your last video. I too think it's kind of a weird juggling of the coins-taking them out of the hand that was holding them only to put them into the same hand to vanish them.

"snap back change" nice that's been the mainstay of my vanishes, never knew it's name. Dig how you know the history of these moves. Smilesotheylikeyou

Rick, I heard you mention before that your coins are all original, and expensive. Let me say that your Morgan Dollars are absolutely gorgeous. Did I tell you how gorgeous they are. I have some fairly nice Morgans, but they’re all fake. I wish they looked like yours, the contrast of the dark and silver areas, it adds so much depth. Question is: Do you use a stain or anything else to bring the features out? If so, what would you recommend? If not, congratulations on some mighty fine coins. Thanks Rick: Brett. No offense is meant personally , unless it is.

Rick, i posed this question once before. I am of advanced age, and my hands are awful dry. I can't even hold cards or coins very well in them without them falling out of my hand to the floor. Is there anything that you know of that I can apply to my hands that will help. I have heard o'keeffe's Working Hands works well, but I have not tried it. Are you familiar with o'keeffe's Working Hands, and have you used it. Is there something other than okiefer's working hands that you might know of that might help with my dry hand situation. To give you a little background about myself, I'm 80 years old, but I feel as though I don't look it nor do I act like it. I am competitive Ballroom dancer, and am currently a national champion. I am very active and stay very fit, I just have dry hands that need some work. I tell you this because I assumed which is terrible of me, that you are wondering what an 80-year-old person is doing trying to do magic. As I said I'm very active and I'm trying to learn something new all the time. Working with coins and cards has always fascinated me but have never taken the time to really study it .

Hi Rick, I love your videos. A couple years ago I bought "The Hopping Traditional Chinese Coins" trick, and the instructions were horrible. And even the video presentation that they included a link to wasn't very interesting. I was wondering if you had these and if you could do a video about them?
