Dude it warms my heart seeing other ATR fans lose their collective shit when Phil's highs come in. Dude had the best highs of the 2000s era by far imo. Stoked to see the boys back on the scene and getting these reactions from you has been a treat Richard. Perfect timing coming back with all this great music that's been dropping.

Phil not only still has it, but I'd argue his singing has improved. It's hard not to love All That Remains. Great song.

When I was in Middle School back in 07 I knew of a couple "screamo" bands, a day to remember (they were local), All That Remains, and attack attack. my favorite album by them is for we are many my favorite song by them is f*** love. Thanks for the reaction ❤

They’ve obviously always been good, but having Jason now adds so much in their songwriting. He just gets metal music.

All That Remains and As I Lay Dying bring OG melodic metalcore bangers in 2024! What a world we are living in!

I heard somewhere they reached out to David Draiman about doing the kinda vocal flow that he does out of respect and apparently got his blessing. Disturbed has a special place in my heart. 1st concert I saw. Anyways, hope you get to check ATR 's first single Divine! Cannot wait for the album announcement

Libertarian from MA myself, Phil has his right to speak his values...more people should these days. Government isn't your friend...Anyways, sick song and have high hopes for the new album, been a fan since the beginning

This band slowly started to creep back with heavy music on the last album before Oli past away. Now they are 100% back and ripping. Best songs theyve releases in a long time. I didnt for really care for anything after FWAM.

I thought ATR was good back in the day, but this sounds more like FFDP or Disturbed. Only little bits of metalcore influence and 90% radio rock. Just can't get into the new stuff

Yes, their old stuff was amazing. This just doesnt feel like the same band anymore. Maybe because of the loss of Oli...? Not sure, but something is missing. Even with Jason now, this stuff is just weak to me. So bland. This is not for me. Too generic. Meh... 5/10.
@radoslav29135 ай бұрын
They got a whiff of that sweet wider exposure when a band goes the Five Finger Death Punch road. They're sadly never coming back to what they were. We can't hate them for it tho, hell even Architects changed it's just how it goes.
@spet595 ай бұрын
@@radoslav2913 yup. Alot of metal bands change like this as they get older. This isnt for me. I cant stand what Architects turned into either. Saddens me though... Just my opinion but Architects new stuff is garbage. Oh well... nothing you can do about it. 🤷♂️
