I was heartbroken when Monte left ETF. The dude is a talented guitarist and composed the best emotional solos.

I jammed with this guy. I was friends with his sister. A great guy always liked him. Genetic Defect. I remember you guys.

Except for the fact wheee royalties for song writing became a thing with ETF and he just closed off everyone else in his group and had a hand in one of the iconic bands of the early 2000’s dying. That and turning his back on a couple of his best friends, rather than trying to help them. I believe he was also on stage when Max overdosed, also known as DIED, and they kept playing. Stand up guy right there. Mhmmm. Great human being. I don’t care how much I dislike someone, if I see them die in front of me, I’m not going to just stand there, much less keep fucking playing.

Monte is not only unbelievably talented, (some people are made for this kind of musical magic.) but incredibly skilled. Blows my mind. It’s amazing how he’s spent so much of his life in such a cut throat industry but has continued to remain humble and genuine. It’s a great reminder that no matter how many times people try and break you, you can still stay true and real. He continues to impress me. Seriously one of greats. Axl Rose who? I really enjoyed this. Thank you.

Was nice to hear from Monte, you could instantly notice how the music changed when Omar left and then when Monte left aswell is was no longer ETF, music was just completely different. Still love all the guys but I don't listen to the genre anymore. But hope all the guys that was and still is in ETF are doing good, great musicians all around. Loved the history of them.

I appreciate the interview bro! I was hoping for more light on the controversial topics but I understand why he wouldn't wanna talk about it.

It’d be nice if they’d squash their beef eventually. Nostalgia might make them have to. Really the easiest thing is if Brian and Max just join FIR.

“It’s just Escape the Fate, it’s not that serious” “Eventually people just stopped showing up” “We just threw things together quickly” Yet, Falling in Reverse is literally falling in reverse right now because they take the opposite approach. Take yourself seriously, take your composition seriously, hire good production people, and make changes with the times. Lastly, make songs from the depths of you so that when you play it, you can feel it. If you can feel it, fans can tell. If you’re just singing at people, they can also tell.

I feel like he's not telling the whole truth like he's afraid if he says too much, he would expose something in the dark.......but i dont know i could be wrong

@ohitzcody if he says too much ronnie will probably find out and his psyco fans will go after Monte ૮(˶╥︿╥)ა

Will he ever admit he stole lyrics from Ronnie though? The guillotine part 1,2 and 3 is Ronnie's work. Massive fan of monte, my favorite as a teenager and incredibly talented. Hope to see more of his music soon

Part 3 was about Craig’s dad who was in the military

Plus those guitar parts aren’t Ronnie’s work and was the main reason some of cared. The fangirls followed Ronnie. The guitar nerds stuck with ETF from what I noticed at the time.
@raymondmorrison8968Ай бұрын
He didn't steal lyrics from Ronnie he was in prison when those songs were written, when Ronnie was in etf they had the idea to do part 2 but never wrote it then when Craig joined that's when they actually wrote the songs lol

@@SilkandScroogethe guitar nerds were in love with Jacky guitar playing dudes a monster lol
@SilkandScroogeАй бұрын
@ I’m not going to argue his talent but he definitely not on Monte’s level as a songwriter. I look at him the same as thrasher just about. Neither are still in those bands either. What’s Jacky doing these days?

Craig was the wrong choice..never listened to ETF again after they replaced Ronnie..Ronnie and Omar made ETF hardcore punk emo.. Craig can only sing pop love songs which is ok but you can't feel them.
