Today I'm painting a picture of Australian gum trees in the early morning light! The primary theme of this tutorial is: Demonstrating how to capture the dramatic - yet subtle - affects of looking directly into the light, whilst the sun is still low on the horizon!!!

Quelle réussite ! Le rendu d'un éblouissement matinal est vraiment remarquable. Le jeu du soleil en partie dissimulé par le tronc de l'arbre est d'une impressionnante efficacité. L'éclairage à la fois frontal et quasi horizontal est rendu avec beaucoup de force, tant du point de vue de l'intense luminosité que du tracé des rayons de soleil et de leurs effets sur l'écorce des arbres. Quelle sensibilité et quelle virtuosité technique ! Un de vos plus beaux tableaux.

love process, technique etc and vibe in general. My only personal preference is when palette knife approach is used throughout, the scraped look is predominant everywhere. I'm too distracted by the process and can't loose myself in the evocation. Still have preference for finesse of brushes and multitool approach. Thats just me btw, not being critical.
