Hello Richard. I'm from Belgium and my father (Pierre Debeck) who is 91 years old now is also a painter artist, still painting and is very inspired by your work. Last year I gave him a tablet and since a few months now he is watching all you youtube video's and studying your way of painting. He told me that he is a great fan of you and impressed by your work. I'm musical artist myself. I subscribed on your channel. Cheers Luc and greetings from Belgium

G'day Richard, another piece of magic mate. You have captured the ocean beautifully, such depth of tone. The cliffs, well I expect perfection from you and got it but those rocks at their base, the varied colours and random shapes lift it. Love the softness and diminishing value of the distant headland. "...random marks, soften, variety..." is a mantra of words you often use and how important they are. The one thing that I always come back to is freedom of movement. The confident, bold strokes of the blade, the push and pull. The commitment to the stroke of brush or blade is key to a successful scene. Detailed simplicity masterclass once again. A great way to start the day with a cup of tea and a Musgrave-Evans adventure to delight and teach. Cheers, Rich

👋Greetings, Richard. Wow, what a location, what a terrific motif ! And what an excellent painting, almost a symphony in blue, were it not for the bright sunlit rocks that harmoniously interrupt it. The excellently mixed and placed colors give the painting the right depth and the different shades of blue and turquoise make the ocean appear vast and powerful as it is. Pure color harmony. The reflections of the rocks in the water are also brilliantly depicted. You have the right eye for the beauty of nature, Richard. Thank you for sharing it with us again. It's always a pleasure to watch you create a new work of art. Blessings to you and have a peaceful weekend. ❤👍

i can only understand a few words he says, but his talent and paintings speak for them selves, a blotch here a stroke there, a gob of color slapped on the canveis and a majical painting appears! Id like to know how much he sells them for! When he looks off to the right, i wonder what his refferance is?? The moving videos of the ocean are a delight to see!
