Sir i was born cleft palate i am 28 years old my first surgery was done at the age of 3 but still i have hypernazal speech problem how can i rid out this problem ?? Is there any treatment i just want to talk normal people 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Sir actually one more thing Jb mein ballon mei hawa barti hun munhe 5 to 6 minutes lgte hai aur jb dosre hand se nose ko bnd krti hun fir 2 seconds lgte hai 😕😕 What i can i do sir
