Rich, I found your channel months ago and wanted to let you know how helpful your videos are. Thank you so much! I do a lot of drone construction progression work for my main business but I'm looking to grow into real estate work as well. Your tips have been extremely valuable for real estate work! P.S. Great first name!

Thanks for putting this together, Rich! It's great to see different techniques. I have definitely been working too hard on my twilights, by blending them in Photoshop with multiple layers. I'm excited to try your single RAW exposure editing in Lightroom. Time to start speeding up my workflow :D

hi Rich, great video, as usual. do you recall if any of these exteriors were done with a pole? i know you used to brace your pole for twilights...i figure, if any of these are higher than a tripod! you must still be clamping a pole given how long some of these exposures are.
@RichBaum3 жыл бұрын
It’s hard for me to remember but I’m pretty sure I use the pole all over the property

Nice 👌 Brush on Auto Mask? What is the image type you use for Luminar? 16 bit tiff in AdobeRGB?

Rich, great video! Some homes don't lend themselves to good twilight potential (street lights, sunset angles, etc). What have you encountered, and what ideas to overcome?
@RichBaum4 жыл бұрын
I have shot twilight's on multi million dollar listing and also tiny "Not do nice" homes, I just try my best to see good compositions and sometimes it's not east but I am always able to find something good in any listing.

Hey Rich! You mentioned in a few videos that you shoot tethered with an ipad. Do you use the imaging edge app? And if so how are you controlling things like focus and exposure? This would make a great tutorial for sony users as it seems there is scarce info on how to use the app
@RichBaum4 жыл бұрын
I personally use the Imaging Edge App as with Sony it's the best option in my opinion..

Luminar 4 has a new update where the sky replacement gets reflected in water on the ground. There's another way by inverting the sky then cloning it onto the water but L4 made this an instant fix now.
@RichBaum3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment unfortunately I really haven’t been using Iluminar often as now I just use the built-in sky replacement feature in Photoshop, much faster and just about as good

Do you ever use HDR for your twilight photos?
@RichBaum4 жыл бұрын
Jacob Rubio in a word, NEVER! I can get as much dynamic range out of a single well exposed RAW image and if I need specific areas to have a different exposure I can mask in a darker single exposure.
@jonvandrunen4 жыл бұрын
@@RichBaum Great advice! Would you recommend one RAW image vs HDR for interiors as well? Or do you pretty much stick to lights for interiors? Thanks! I love your videos

4:18 to get to something with substance. You need to cut some of the lead up. Toooooo long. I was close to closing the video multiple times during that 4 minutes.
