Not sure when this was but must be mid - late 80s. Steve Grey was one of the best and Brooks was a newcomer. A pleasure to watch wrestling like this.

Great match with a solid focus on Steve Grey's signature hold, the suspended surfboard. The hold is used to impressive effect by Grey, starting at 15:30, as Brooks feels its full force.

Doesn't Richie Brooks look like the grown up version of the youngest boy from the TV show Flipper? I know it's not him, but it looks a big resemblance.
