Thanks for the amazing videos, there's lots of great info in everything you share on thiss channel. That C#-(7) sound over a C7 chord sounds so good, I figured it out by listening to (too much) KD. It's got more edge to it than the standard Tritone sub (F#). That line you played was so hip (5th of the first B section), definitely will be using that! Thank you so much

It all depends on how you think of it. If G-7 I think C# -7. If C7 Barry Harris would say the upper structure of an F#7 (which is still C# -7.) Thanks for listening and I hope we're taking about the same thing!
