Richmond residents praying for the protection of police officers in the area

April 16 -KZN Premier Senzo Mchunu has issued a warning to criminals who threaten rural and farming communities: that police should shoot to kill. Mchunu was addressing residents of Richmond in the Midlands, where vulnerbale communities have recently fallen prey to criminal activity.
