Can you tell me which neighborhoods or areas go ALL OUT for Halloween and Christmas? I dream of an awesome neighborhood to trick or treat in!

I plan on doing a halloween episode for trick or treating this year! Halloween is probably my favorite holiday and I need to do some research as to which neighborhoods really go HARD for halloween. There are a couple of streets in the Fan/Museum District that go all out but that might not be the best place for Trick or Treating. For the best trick or treating experience I imagine that the larger master planned communities will deliver because there are LOTS of families with kids AND since the yards are smaller you can hit more houses with less walking. I am thinking about places like Magnolia Green, Harpers Mill, Rountrey, and maybe even West Broad Village (you could get an inside amount of candy with minimal effort haha!). Stay tuned for October.
