Can you make this scarf with a number four yarn?

Seasoned crocheter here. You can absolutely make this with #4 yarn. You would just want to adjust for size as it will be wider due to larger yarn & larger hook. So You would just do your multiples of 10 + 2 at the end and make it the desired width you want. So you may only need 40 stitches +2 to get the same width and the full arrows if that makes sense. Will depend on if you crochet tight or loose. 😊🧶 ^^^^
