If this event or something similar comes back this year, I sincerely hope they're not forcing players to get 4* and 5* (however rare they might be) in order to access spicier options. Cap's Commissary event last year was awful all around, but was particularly disrespectful to pay-to-win players, because they required you to spend units to get rare 4* champs, to unlock the chance to spend units to get rare 5* champs, to *then* access spicier champs. Meaning: the game in 2023 asked you to spend a ridiculous amount of units to get FOUR AND FIVE star champs to unlock better rewards, when said champs were already pretty irrelevant a year ago, and even more so this year. FTP players value their hard-earned units a lot more than PTW, so I'm pretty sure very few FTP players participated in that event. So it felt like a slap to the face of the PTW players who were looking forward to dumping their units for nice rewards.

Went from cav last year to paragon currently I don’t know if it’ll be worth it. The bundles they had last year were absolutely trash for cav, though.

With them having added valiant recently, I fully expect the deals to be bundled in with cav/thronebreaker. July and caps commissary have never really been good deals. Cyber weekend and banquet events have only been the consistently decent events over the years.

Not Really? I mean Kabam made it more easier to get better champions for 5 and 6 stars, but I will say they have gone more greedy with their offers as of late, especially that 4th of July for a 7 star Weapon X for 36k units, which is $1000.
