Wow, that first home though ! What a beautiful modern home, i especially loved the stone and earthen details. It gave a warmth not typical of a modern style home. I always thought I would buy a home somewhere in Baja in the future due to its proximity to California (where I live), but this has definitely put Jalisco on the map for me.

What's worse is this close border mentality that does a disservice to both groups. As neighbors we should be working to making traveling between each country, whether it is to tourist, work or retire...much easier.

@Humberto do not come here, these whites dont want you here and its funny how they flock to Mexico and dont even respect you. Ive been in PV for 20 years and I love having conversations with the natives lol. ¡Mucho respeto a mi hermano!

@@tw4943 *You don't speak for all American's so stop with the racist stereotypes! And who the hell are you to tell others where they should be and live? As a black person you should know better than to tell others they don't belong in a country..just as white supremacists tell black people they don't belong in America. Didn't you learn anything from the racism inflicted on your own people? And that you shouldn't do it to others? Apparently not! And most white people love and respect Mexicans. And vice versa. You may be black..but you are racist as hell spouting all this "they don't want you here" garbage! And you obviously aren't very educated either because if you were you would know that Mexico depends on the money from tourism to survive. You think all those shops, restaurants, clubs and markets would be alive without tourist dollars? Hell no! They were created for tourists..not locals. And most Mexican's know it and love foreigners visiting and bringing their money to spend. I know. Because I'm a dual citizen Mexican-American and proud of both of my countries and heritages. Y vuelve al lugar de donde vienes si lo unico que vas a hacer es difundir ideas racistas. Para una persona negra tienes mucho que aprender sobre no hacer a los demas lo que te han hecho a ti. So take your racist bullshit and shove it up your ass!*

The minute you opened the door to the first property, what came to mind was a prison wall. Absolutely boxy, cube city! No warmth at all outside of some of the decor. Even the fountain you walked to was a nothing but a sphere with water rolling over it. So aweful. The other homes were much much better!! Modernity needs to be thrown in the trash. The prices are fantastic. However, have been hearing much about increased violence especially Mexican towns and cities near the US border city, cartel driven.
