Scott Johnson can you please please please tell me the shades of colors you used for Rick and morty, I’m completely new to this and I’m planning to do something for my hubby’s bday and don’t want to take a chance to screw up, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks 😊

Oh, man. I did that one a year ago so I don’t remember the exact shades I used. Don’t obsess too much about buying the exact colors. You have wiggle room there. Do what I did and study some google image searches of the characters. Compare the marker colors online. When in doubt, go with the lighter shade. You can always make it a little darker with a colored pencil later.

Thanks! I haven’t read the comics (I probably should have read this one). I’m all caught up on the show now, though. It’s really great. I’m a big Doctor Who fan, so there’s a lot to Rick and Morty appeals to me.

This was super nice, Scott. I really like these vids. Personally, I think 10 minutes is good; not sure why the shorter one were not getting much views, but I think the sweet spot is 10-12 minutes. The art is great and you keep it interesting with your commentary.

I'm sure if I posted videos more frequently all of them would get a boost, but the longer ones do seem to get more views. This one felt like a good length. We'll see. This channel is a WIP.

The algo does favor vids that are 12-15 mins or longer and use titles that are broader and less specific. “Rick and Morty Comic book cover sketch!” Or something and but game of thrones in the description and the tags. I’m commenting on my personal KZbin account, I have another that’s...popular, so I hope this helps ya.

Ross Campbell Thanks for that info. I assumed having both R&M and GoT in the title would be best. I’m still a beginner at this. I’m sure it would be better if I could post videos more frequently, too.
