Man... hearing rick talk about the process is incredible. Not too many people would put that much work in before they even get the job... that is incredible commitment and dedication. And i imagine he did that for every team he interviewed for. That is intense.

A lot of coaches want the keys to the program. Most can’t be trusted to have good intentions. Prime maintains his focus and the AD is all on board. Great investment in Prime. Perfect atmosphere for it. It all blended together so beautifully. The players get to focus on the game, the students get to enjoy a football school, which makes college experience worth while. No matter how good that basketball team or baseball team is, if that football team is trash, it’s not the same. Small town with a good football team is better than any other place to go to college. This is coming from a collegiate basketball player. Colorado got it jumping. They’ll help bring in all athletes for the school. That atmosphere is crazy

I’m all for giving Rick George his props for hiring Coach Prime but he has no say on the social media aspect of what Deion Sanders has done for Colorado. Well Off Media is the brain child of Deion Sanders Jr. which he started at Jackson state. Rick George seen how Jr. put Jackson State on the map via social media and he wanted it for Colorado. He knew Deion was a marketing genius and he wanted the money that Prime was bringing to the Jackson economy for Boulder. It was a stroke of genius on his part but he has nothing to do with Jr media baby. He was smart to let Prime run the program however he deemed. The results speak for themselves. He needs to be making Deion the highest paid coach. The bonuses are a start but Coach Prime has affected enrollment, ticket sales and the local economy.
