I was a Morningstar student in 2005 and 2006, and learned so very much from Rick Joyner. My time there was life-changing. In a prophetic dream, the Lord showed me powerfully that Rick Joyner is the real deal. He is utterly committed to and submissive to the Lord to the core of his being.

What a debacle. People stumble and the Lord does not desire to impute sin upon us. That said "pastors must be above all reproach". Chris reed needs to get out of public ministry, get a real job and work quietly with his own hands and ahould have made that his ambition from the get go instead of making his ambition to get paid for "prophecy" as scripture directs us. If Chris truly loves the Lord than he go out minister to the broken and needy out of public view and without gain. As far as Rick...he has said more that i disagree with than i agree with and as i was once manager on the hotel side T mstar....i was banished me for obeying the Lord and delivering an actual prophetic word of correction that involve the ministry and in part the parents of the eric lee...and then they tried to illegally evict me and my family from the property....no "restoration" for those who disagree just for sexual predators i guess. That said, i respect Rick. When i was working there i inquired of the Lord "what or who is Rick" the Lord replied "if you were in another age and country Rick would be considered a "lord" and has been entrusted with much", and i do believe he seeks to honor the Lord. This change my perspective and how accurate i expect Rick to be. Mstar needs to stop trying to be a prophetic business and be the church of Christ and find an actual pastor who walks above reproach because he actually loves the Lord and His people....He will prob be bland and boring and seem unprofitable for mstar...but this is what must happen. The hour is late, the 7 letters to the churches were preserved for us for this day. We will be the salt and light or we will be removed from this earth going foward. Rick, try and find that prophetic word the Lord commanded me to give... apply wisdom and i t will tell you what to do next. Someone still has this word considering i emailed to every single employee at the time😂

Every time there is an issue, the most important perspective is heavens perspective. It is my conviction that heavens perspective is for Rick Joyner to come back and “remain” because the ministry is about the people. God has put too much in Rick that needs to be poured out. Also, with the many strange things that will be beginning this year and next, the church will need a man of God who is regularly in touch with heaven and also very wise. I really wish this whole situation was handled with grace, love, forgiveness and gentleness and not so publicly. Without all this manipulation, exaggerations, lies and throwing people under the bus. It has really saddened HS in me. Chris has repented already and has already gone through a restoration process. The Pharisees won’t let go. If Jesus’ blood has covered his sin, who is anyone that tries to bring it back up? It’s under the blood!!! Should the Lord then bring up all your past sins you’ve already been forgiven of? God not only forgives sins, but HE FORGETS them. That’s in the Bible. Let those who are without sin cast the first stone. God is the perfect judge and only He knows the full truth in people’s hearts and intents. He did, but he wasn’t ready. Chris is a man of God, but the Bible says leaders need to be judged with greater strictness, not less. Had Chris revealed everything 3 years ago, his promotion would have been delayed, but it would have been long term. I’m not judging Chris-I’m just learning from this. It’s important that we guard our steps carefully! What we sow will bear fruit.

I have great respect for Rick Joyner. However, I think how he handled the situation with Chris Reed shows a lack of love by the leadership team. I know that Rick and the leadership team will self-correct, but I believe the blessing of God will dry up if they don't do the right thing. Listening to him throw Chris under the bus publicly like he did, feels more like pride than a Biblical way of dealing with the problem. I don't know the details behind the scenes. Nevertheless, I felt a grieving of the Holy Spirit, not so much because of the sin that may or may not have been exposed, but because of the lack of love in dealing with it.

I've heard some people say that if a pastor falls into SA, then he is done for all time. He can never minister as a pastor or leader again. However, is that what the Bible teaches or not? The Bible teaches that the gifts and calling of God are without repentance, so I guess that means the call keeps on going out and God isn't going to do that unless restoration is available and we are supposed to not resist a call of God, are we? "But they have to be beyond reproach, so they are done for good." What about the gospel? What about justification by faith and faith in the blood of Jesus? What about that? Do we know what justification means or have we forgotten? Did you know that a man can be walking wrong before God and he can still be perfect in his sight, if he has received the Word of God and walked faithfully in him? Yeah, I saw that in the book of Job. Think about it. God can do that if he wants to. It's his prerogative to do that. Who can say that God can't do that?

Reed and Joyner have both been caught in lies. Reed keeps implying he wasn't hired until three years after the scandals, but he was actually PASTORING MorningStar church at the time. He also didn't step back from ministry for the time he stated. He stepped back from PUBLIC ministry for a short time. Reed did much more than texting, and is disqualified from ministry according to scripture. The reason Joyner and Morningstar and several more individuals are being sued is because several parents reported what the offender was doing and they are silenced by higher-ups. There is also evidence that additional sexual offenses have been hushed up since early 2000s. This is extremely disturbing stuff that needs to be exposed, if true. The victims need justice.

The gifts and callings are irrevocable. God gives that gift freely. So a minister does not lose the gift, he or she can violate the gift, abuse it. So God does not take it back, however, the authority of using that gift is no longer honored. In the sorry sad mess, both Chris and Rick have not honored God nor have the fear of God as displayed by their tit for tat, that only brings harm to the body of Christ. But what if a church decided to adapt to the times because we are not under law but are under grace, such that a pastor told the congregation that he is a convicted offender, but he says he will not SA anyone as the elders of the church are standing behind him, and he asks of the congregation that they not hide SA, and that with that comes responsibility, and if they will all rise and say together that they will not hide SA, and what if the pastor says this is a power shift such that you don't need 2 or 3 witnesses to accuse him of anything, but that they do have reconciling ministers who will plead the cause of the oppressed and do reconciliation ministry, etc. Would we say "You can't do that. It's off the word. The world is going to end. People are going to die!" Well, don't we have the grace to adapt to the times. It's been getting worse and worse out there, hasn't it?

I am not involved with this ministry and have never been. But I have heard and listened to both ministers. I am very disappointed in the actions of Morningstar. I can honestly say, I have lost some trust in Rick Joyner. There needs to be apologies if these men claim to be walking in Truth! I would like to say to Chris, as I have listened to his ministry, that no doubt the Lord wants to move him on and have his own ministry.
