Many people here in California did just that got a mortgage with lower interest rates for the first 3 years, but when the interest rates raised after the 3yrs. They couldn't make the payments and lost their homes. The 3 years goes faster than you think.

I am a huge fan of Vanderpump Rules. The way they treated Rachel at the reunion was beyond disgusting. Andy just sat there, like a useless tw**, and did nothing; while a few of the cast members berated and bullied her, it was awful. I understand what she did was shady and f***ed up, but no one died. I hope she finds happiness. IMO

Sad to say but prices are rising everywhere now. 4,000.00 a month for a dream home when eventually shacks will be the new homes of the future.

I took Accutane for sever acne that I started getting at 12. I overproduced oil and my skin could not handle it. Accutane dries the skin out so it sheds your skin like a snake. I resisted getting a truck forever when I really needed one as I own a few rental houses. I wasnt a "truck girl" or so I thought. At Costco one day a semi backed up over my SUV. When the rental car offered me a SUV I asked for a truck instead. I fell IN LOVE with that Ford 150. I went out and bought one just like it and have never driven anything else. ❤❤awwww God bless Jolie when I was five I also had my tonsils and adenoids out,, because every night I was having a hard time breathing to the point where I was actually vomiting for months, which also caused problems with my ears so as I got older, the same thing happened growing back in my nose, causing pressure and pain it’s very uncomfortable. Kelly, if your daughter is going to have sinus surgery she might as well end up being able to breathe correctly. I’ve had 6 various types of sinus surgeries (not cosmetic) and the recovery process is rough. An ablation recovery IS NOT FUN so she might as well have the other surgery and stop being so vein and nip the problem in the bud. Once you have an ablation you need to remove the scar tissue that builds up and needs to be removed eventually. The process never ends. It’s something to consider. I wish her luck 🍀 with her decision.

I’d have a Family doc refer you to a sleep specialist or center. I have Sleep Apnea. Left untreated, it can cause life-long issues. Since I’ve had a CPAP, it’s changed my life.
