Daddy : the breaking in period wasn’t fun, but omafter that they feel really nice on foot. The material feels really durable...not a lot of people know about them here (South Africa) so they don’t grab much attention.

Noted, maybe it would be worth doing a video on both cargo pants from SS20. For styling the Bozo Tractor, I believe it is pretty safe to go with cargo pants and prisoner pants as they are combat boots. Also, I feel like you could also go with more formal pants and the boots would kind of break the look and make it more modern. Let me know if that helps :)

I would go to a cobbler! I found a great one in my city that knows Rick Owens shoes well. My suggestion would be to ask the best luxury retailers in your city and ask for their "go-to". I hope this help :)

I don't recall exactly how much I paid for them, but I would definitely encourage you to find them at a discount, especially if you sold a lot of your previous shoes. You definitely want to have the most Rick for your buck! It's relatively easy to wait for a 10-20% discount in October and November. Also, if you are willing to wait you can monitor pairs in your size at multiple retail during their sale season. Finally, there is always the secondary market :) I hope this helps!

Really tempted to purchase a pair of Rick Owens Shield sunglasses, I think they look amazing. Do you think they’re a good buy? Or is there a better alternative?

I have not seen them in person but I agree that they look amazing! To me, the Rick Owens Shield sunglasses are quite fashion forward and would be amazing for special events. I would recommend them if you have alternative sunglasses that are more practical for more active or common activities like: Biking, grocery shopping, driving, etc. In other words, if you have other sunglasses, I would say go ahead! It is definitely a beautiful statement piece! If they would be your only sunglasses, I would go with something a little more practical/discreet. My go to sunglasses brands are Kuboraum an Rigards. Both are exclusively focus on eyewear. Please let me know if that answers :)

I don't have the drkshdw ones but I doubt the cotton would be easy to rip. I personal preference would always be the mainline as I feel the price difference is justified by the leather.

Ramones was great, I had DRKSHDW canvas version however I had to sell them after 6 months... the sole was just hard and heavy for me wearing them everyday. But yes, def worths it if you are comfortable with the shoes, amazing quality of finishing! BTW you really did a amazing job maintaining the shoes, maybe also some videos how to maintain these avant garde pieces(coat, tshirt shoes ect.)?

I’m a 10.5 too i sized down to a 10 and I still have plenty room left in the toe box, the toe boxes are huge so you have room to size down

Sorry for the late reply! I agree that you could take the chance to go to a 43IT instead of going larger in the Rick Owens Mainline Ramones. The only risk is if you would like to wear big socks with the shoes (in winter). Sorry again for the late response, and please let me know if this helps :)

These are some of the most TTS shoes you can find out there...so it's advisable not to go up or down in sizes and stick to your regular size

How would ramones match with SLP/Hedi aesthetics?

I would say it's doable if you are into the rock influenced Saint Laurent: Leather jackets, ripped jeans, etc. To me, I usually wear SLP when I want to feel "sexy" and I believe the Ramones are very much on the opposite end of the spectrum. To me the Ramones are much more in line with a casual/relaxed vibe. Please let me know if that answers your questions :)

In my experience the best has been some soap and warm water with a good brush! I know some people will use oxiclean as well. To rehydrate the leather you can apply wax. Finally you can add a heel tap if ever you want to reduce heel drag :) I hope this helps!
