I do have reservations about what your preaching, especially when it affects little children. It seems better to hear that god used that situation to make me a better woman of god. Otherwise I would believe that god allowed the persecution for no good reason. To believe that the devil put me in a evil family with people who hurt you and abuse you. Very confused, if god is the "great I am" why would he allow such atrocities to happen? When your an adult you can comprehend these issues. I understand now but the process is very confusing when you first come to believe. Why then are people we love who have fought the greatest battle of sickness through faith and they still die? I'm going to listen to this again and again.

Cindy Louw Rick Renner is an astute student and teacher of the Word and knows Greek, which is one of the reasons I enjoy his teaching so much... The original language of the New Testament is much richer than any translation. In Galatians 1:19, Paul refers to James as the half brother of Jesus. As for his tone, that's a personal preference, I guess. But you cannot deny his knowledge. :)
