Pros use the rules to their advantage. Getting relief from standing water, relief, drop to cart path, relief, drop to rough moving the ball 20+ feet. Was it the open in Italy that they drove the green long and got relief from the grandstand and moved it to the green? Take your 6"

if the PGA tour was smart, they would really be all about a league of PGA vs LIV, team based like ryder cup. This could be a break off from the regular Tour. This would be like in the MLB or NFL where you have the NL vs AL and the NFC vs AFC, so much money could be made.

Regarding the Golf Attire or Dress Code, I have seen it getting to the point of barefoot, jean cutoffs and tank tops. Same group of people that are overly drunk and playing loud music. Courses that allow this, are not courses that I want to play. Most of the time golf for me is getting out for some peace and quiet. Courses are allowing it because it brings in money, until they realize the same people that dress/drink/play loud music are the same people that drive carts up to the green, don't rake bunkers, replace divots, fix ball marks leave their beer cans in the middle of the fairway.

There's a balance, and not all courses should be laid back. My local 9-hole course in small-town Montana is fun because it is laid back. There’s no dress code, but people generally still respect the property. My buddies and I play every Friday night in the summer, get drunk, and play music. We’re often the last tee time, and the golf pro lets us play until dark and even lock the gate when we leave. It’s that small-town vibe where everyone knows everyone. These rounds are usually my favorite, but I also enjoy visiting a nice course and being a little more proper.

Huge fan of what you guys do but some pretty quick (and obvious) questions ;; - How can you have a clothing deal with an apparel brand (L&S) whilst simultaneously promoting your own apparel? - Your website should probably have contained Birdie Sauce clothing, the fact no one updated this site or even started to take pre orders after this announcement tells me someone in your marketing team needs a break, or firing - huge missed opportunity

Placed my vote for you... My course is currently playing winter rules preferred lies... as well as on the fairway it also applies in the rough (lift clean and place within 6" but no closer to the hole) and in bunkers (lift rake and place within 6" no closer to the hole). I am all for a dress code to a degree, the latest 'trendy' golf gear is more like sportswear anyway, joggers, untucked shirts, hoodies are all fine as long as clean and you look smart and presentable.

22:20 On the green replacing is allowed, but the case of preferred lies (usually on fairway height or lower cut) you cannot fiddle with it after you release your fingers off the ball at the end of replacing it. However you may line the ball, but it has to be done with that one placing.

I'm a fan of the Buffalo Bills USA Football team. When you run into someone outside of the home area wearing Bills gear the code is you say "Go Bills" and the response is to be repeated "Go Bills" and you move on. You need to develop a code word like this for people that wear your gear.

There is a big variation on childrens readyness in being tought at early age. Some may have the concentration to do it for as long as even ten minutes, but mostly it is just few minutes kids are present doing what they were supposed to. Private lessons may be different story, but on group lessons it gets easily out of hands, if the kids are not used to team practice in different sports before that.

I think in terms of attire fair enough if you're a member you probably have played golf more than a handful of times so you will know/own golf gear. But if someone is a new starter and just booking a tee time having a bit of fun i don't think we should hold those to the same standards as members...certainly not reject them 1 it's custom 2 it grows the game with a good experience and not a bad one 3 relationship leading to more business
