I have seen Rick Springfield in the 80's when I 13 years old! My mom took me to his concert! We were in the back row so I had a hard time seeing him! But he was very good with his music. This has got to be the best artist mix on KZbin. with the exception of a couple of songs, it's all Rick! Every other "mix" I listen to has one song from the artist you want to hear then 40 from every other artist. If I search on an artist, I WANT TO HEAR THAT ARTIST!!! Not 40 others! hirskdubbi I really like it as it is plus he could have produced it himself if he had wanted. I just think maybe one last chorus possibly to the end might have made it sound finished but I love this song because of how it's written not because of who's singing it. I like the raw sound.

I DO Love this song. FYI: Rick is a vegetarian, but he doesn't consume dairy products. If he were a true vegan, he wouldn't wear leather and he's always wearing a leather jacket.

Christie Tidwell -- I've heard different sources say that Rick is a vegetarian or a vegan. I saw a youtube interview with Rick where he said that he hasn't had any milk for over 20 years and vegans don't eat cheese, milk or other dairy products. I can't believe he ate a steak - - that's crazy! I'm a meat eater myself. I tried to do the vegetarian thing, but the longest I've been able to go is 6 months and then I just have to have a steak, a burger, or whatever I can get my hands on, LOL!

He has been eating meat since I've known him. He does not consume much dairy and no chicken. (the pet thing) But we have had dinner with him several times and he eats meat every time. He said he used to be vegitarian but he got too thin. Maybe I should try it!!
