i find it odd that people all spoke highly of Rude, considering that he is well known for going to bars with his wife. Having her sit by herself til she gets hit on, then Rude would go and KTFO these guys. These are just average bar bums, not fighters. And both Rude and his wife thought this type of thing was fun. Those are not good people right there.... And that does NOT make Rude a "legitimate tough guy" as Tahir called him.

Yes, but from what I can see, Rick got out in time and made a good life for himself. He reached an age of notoriety among wrestling fans to be a class act, able to share stories like this. I've always been a Steiner bros. fan. Scott as cookeydooks as he is, is always a favorite of mine as well.

In the late 1980's, I watched Rick Rude and Jake The Snake wrestle. I can still remember Rude spitting on Jake Roberts and Jake saying, "You son of a bitch." It was a house show or whatever, but it was cool. Pensacola, FL. Civic Center.

Arm wrestling is actually an amazing sport that has been growing extremely fast lately. The current right arm world champion is Levan Saginashvili. A monstrous man from the country of Georgia. Since turning pro, he hasn’t lost a single round. Definitely recommend checking out some arm wrestling videos here on KZbin. Lot’s of great history, amazing matches, and interesting characters.
