It´s actually a Waldorf sound engine inside. From what I heard the Sledge is a little bit and Blofeld plus Pulse.

anonymusum ive owned a Blofeld and now own the Sledge. I prefer the Sledge. It’s much beefier and fatter yet still able to produce those weird digital textures and beautiful pads. It can sound far more analogue than the Blofeld can.

Never played one...frankly I've gotten lazy, just use presets and a few edited sounds I've created on my Korg Kronos. I hardly use my Moog Little Phatty anymore.

to be honest, if it had regular white keys, it would look better i think.

I suppose when your at that level of play it doesn't matter because you don't look at the keys. What matters in ergonomics is being able to tell instantly where you (in this case your hands) are relative to the equipment you're using. Maybe a different coluor and texture for important 'orientation marker' keys would be the direction to go in next?
