People of the world: We do realize that millions of people who've never touched a football in their lives also have anger issues and suicidal tendencies. What's the ratio of mentally inhibited retired football players to those who have functional lives after retirement? Also, do we take into account that people who are physically capable and mentally inclined to be competitive athletes may have higher risks for some illnesses simply by virtue of the inherent brain makeup that inclined them to play in the first place?

No one said people who never touched a football never have anger issues and suicidal tendencies. And not every football player does have anger issues and suicidal tendencies. No one said anything close to that. CTE is a brain condition found at a much higher rate in football players than people who played non-collision sports or no sports at all. That's not an opinion its a fact. Its not an opinion based on behavior (anger and suicide) its a scientific fact based on researching the brain. If you cant understand that people who play a violent sport that involves thousands of collisions to the head would have a higher rate of brain damage (CTE) compared to someone that didn't have head collisions you're clueless.
