There is so much out there about boundaries. I agree, it is easier to not spend energy trying to change others. It is a lot of good information on them too.

Dr H. I like how you talk about getting tangled. It’s completely like that .. that word tangled .. and nothing seems like you can help it along when there’s judgement and resistance .. and then after you’re gone, they want you bac so they can act that way again w you. Some people just don’t click and there must be a boundary put up that you’re not going back. Thank you for the metaphor of being tangled. It’s a few things but mostly feeling like drowning, not being understood. Ch 🙃 Ps your ‘slowing down’ monologue was truly humbling … and right on target.

Thank you for your talks, they’re very helpful. I actually think fuming has its place, it does for me anyway. Maybe it’s just semantics, but I do a lot of processing through my fuming. It’s actually helpful in moving me to action, to decisions that will be good for me. But again, it’s probably just semantics and I think what you were talking about was staying stuck in a sort of helpless fuming. For me those distinctions are important because I tend to be somebody who is prone to spiritually bypassing my own feelings and thoughts in some difficult situations.

It’s just so sureal, I am on state of so frustrated as I’m trying to go back home to spend with my family after 3 years due to Covid, after a year and half.I do understand 4ways to dentale, slow down, big picture, make your offering,(set offering) give up to make yourself at peace.there are 3 out 4 can be achieved. The dynamic of a nervous system I find it to be very personalized - what one might feel as activation and life moving forward, to another might feel like stale static energy. Many other issues interwoven in the picture as well - life goals, needs for achievment, leadership/inspiration, or self centerdness of own goals primarelly. Could be as well, life juices of personhood.
