would you get more air if you do an ollie off the kicker? or is it best to simply aproch the kicker in a sqaut position and simply extending legs once on the kicker? basically want to know how to get max pop of a kicker. thanks

Best is to extend your legs at the very top of the kicker and push yourself explosively out of it💪
