Rickshaw Run India 2023 - Day 8 (Balasore to Brahmapur)

My journey across India on a motorised three wheeled rickshaw continues as I travel from Balasore to Brahmapur which is 367km.
With up to ten hours a day driving it is important to relax, unwind and nourish your body. When driving I tend to drink water to keep hydrated but at the end of a long day driving I enjoy a local dish either at a restaurant or ordered from room service of the hotel I'm staying at. It becomes a highlight of the day.
Driving through India can be stressful especially when you are new to the way people drive here. Frankly, at times you'll be amazed by the stupidity and blind faith that everything will turn out alright even if you are facing a head on incident with a large truck. Most of the time it seems to work for the locals however I don't think I'll ever get used to the attitude to driving in India.
