It's not high, it's actually low. It's less than $1000 more than most of the Japanese bikes but has all premium components, closer to their factory edition bikes which are $14k.

It’s weird seeing Triumph and Ducati in the dirt bike game. Have to wait and see how they perform. I know when Harley first tried to make a crotch rocket, they screwed it up. Even the salesman told us not to buy the first models that he showed us. They screwed up the handlebars and the gas tank. Making the turn radius very limited. He turned them and they clunked right into the gas tank. He’s like “Give it a year or two, they’ll work it out.”
