When you produce a statement agreeing with someone who thinks that a professional comedian is unfunny and your's and their's is the unfunny thing and also blatently make an objective statement; "None of that digital shit", I think it's fair to draw a relaible theory and take what you said seriously, yes. Although written text in all forms can be subjective you quite clearly express your point as there's not much wriggle room for anything else you could mean when describing something as 'shit'.

Just view Ricky Gervias as one of my very few modern day inspirations and hold technology close to heart as it is one of my biggest passions, so when someone is making distasteful and quite obnoxious remarks and then paints me to be that person, I find it quite frustrating.
