I love Ricky, but I do feel sympathy towards fat people. It’s an addiction, like an alcoholic or a heroin addict. They’re addicted to certain types of food (not lettuce, obviously). Yes, they could choose to stop eating too much, but for addicts that’s easier said than done.

Nope , fat is not due to eating too much calories , it’s to do with eating to much carbs and sugars , I can eat as much as I can handle and never get fat if I avoid carbs.

Well, food quantity still matters. The problem is nobody tells you that measuring energy content in calories is almost useless for human nutrition. Your body is not a furnace, it absorbs nutrients chemically and not by burning them like an internal combustion engine. I've done this experiment several times and anyone else can. I strictly ate 2500kcals daily with 50% carbs and gained 18lbs in 1 month. I then ate 4000kcal with less than 15% carbs and lost 25lbs in less than 3 months. And no, it wasn't just water weight.

nope. every randomized control trial shows that if protein is equated, only calories matter.

@@pennyblue6372 if you do reduce calories by carbs, yes you will loose weight, but if you eat a load of fat with no carbs and your calories are huge, you will not gain fat, because your insulin will never spike, and without insulin spikes fat cannot be increased in our bodies. and without insulin, fat can be consumed (ie reduced). ?Beware, the is Corporate science, and their is objective science, and most science from the west is biased and results are controlled, and where they are not suitable, they are blocked delayed, and hidden from the public. For most of my youth they told us that Margarine was healthy and butter was unhealthy, that fake sugar was healthy, that Bread and Rice where healthier than mean etc... they even used to teach that Cigarettes where healthy in the early 1930s to 1950s but i also have a medical book from 1900 which states cigarettes cause a large range of healthy problems including lung cancer, so what was known was hidden, and fake propaganda was put out, until so many people died that they could not hide it any more..

If God is a human word or concept or description of something or everything . then i would like to say what i mean if i say god . When i say god , i mean every thing and i absolutely do believe that everything exists . And i do love everything , i and im glad to be a small part of what everything is , I'd of course like it if everything loved me too but thats not really how it all works is it , so i guess i dont really love all of evererything just like all of it does'nt me , So then what does that mean . yeah . thats what it all means .
