I have been very lucky to have had Ricky as a teacher. He is a Truly gifted and incredible teacher. (This is,of course, in addition to his being a beautiful painter. ) I hear him in my head whenever I paint.

Okay Jeff- I have a million things to do today, but managed to get drawn into this terrific podcast this morning! What a wonderful opportunity to meet this interesting artist and understand his perspective on the backstory of his life and art and how he incorporates the elements the confidence, character and conflict within his art. I think it’s so great you are doing this. I’ll have to catch up on some of the back-episodes! Keep up the good work!

All I can say is that this gallerist wants what is "too personal" and loves your idea of continuing to explore the Matriarchy! Great discussion. And what an incredible High School experience. Much admiration for Max!

I agree with Mr. Mujica's mother. Her features are indigenous, American (Taino, Arawark, etc.), features.
