Canada has always had its drug crimes. And yes, heavily dense populated areas like Toronto have higher rates of crime. If you are referring to the accents of the trailer park boys, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Nobody really 'puts it on' or talks up an accent. I was just stating that people on the east coast of Canada do have a significantly noticeable accent.
