Hi I need help in fixing a pro c5110s I have a machine works on Mac os when I print on thick paper prints come not dry and I can rip toner on surface of prints by my hand and the machine takes long time befor re it prints..but if I make thick paper on copy from bypass.every thing is Okey and copies are perfect

Anyone have any idea what the hell the purple stick attached to the inside of the drawer is for? It looks like it's meant to be shoved somewhere to clean, but I have no idea where.
