@@llamacide73 add on would only be acceptable if they put a separate flash in it (separate from the hotshoe), and based on the success of the flashless iii Vs ii, I don't think they will. Side note: the GR II has the best integrated flash implementation of any camera anywhere, ever, period. So quick and easy to adjust from TTL to manual and back, with easy controls for fec. Makes my over-buttoned Fuji x100f feel like a silly toy by comparison. The Ricoh's are suited to professional general use especially with a built in flash, they just need a trustworthy AF and/or a focus overlay viewfinder/evf as with the mark ii, I used to get a lot of focus errors using only an optical viewfinder.
