Maybe you have a broken input or output guide on the Fuser Unit. This is a common problem. The guide cannot be purchased individually, so you have to look for a whole used Fuser Unit. Hope you checked the drums, transfer and fusers yourself before writing this because they are ordinary consumables that wear out. So take out the two lasers and clean them.

Hi Tomasz My 305spf is printing random spots of magenta on partial colour prints. On full colour image print i cant notice any spots. What can be the problem? Is there any servicing or cleaning or setting that can be done to fix this?

RICOH MPC305 copier. First enter service mode and perform color calibration. If this does not help, perform full copier maintenance. If you don't know how to do maintenance, put the word on my channel: maintenance ricoh. Recalibration is required after maintenance. You can do a reset at any time because it does not matter. If you have a problem with Cleaning Blade, remove it again and sprinkle it with toner. It could help. If not then you may have a dirty Charge Roller. Or you can have some trash in the developer unit - clean the developer batten. Hello, I know this problem. The MPC305 copier has a very vulnerable hopper suplly unit toner. There is a malfunction. Unfortunately, the repair is very complicated, because it only takes 2 hours to remove the unit. I exchange my customers MPC305 for an older model MPC300 because it is less emergency.
