i share my solution to the red light flashing, then staying red, then stopped printing at all. bought toner chips on ebay. I gently removed the chip from the toner (the tiny green board with metal contacts) and replaced with a new one. now I can print further 2000 pages. when I actually run out of the toner - the print become faint - I take the toner out and shake it being careful not to spill it on a carpet!! now I can print further 50-100 pages. after that, I recycle the toner but I save the chip for future use. keep printing!

I have bought a Ricoh Sp111su MFP through Amazon in the year 2017 : I had the problem from the day one. The printing was nil only dark pages came out. Immediately I had informed Amazon and the printer seller in Hyderabad asked his counter part in Bangalore to attend the problem. The technician told me that a roller type part is missing and he took the roller lying in the printer box and fixed it. Then around 100 pages or so printed but again the printer is giving light prints with toner smeared and formation of lines in the printed areas. In the meantime I have got shifted my residence once to Coimbatore and now to Ranipet both in Tamilnadu. The scanner woks fine but the printing is worst. I got toner refilled as suggested by a technician here but the result is the same. Can any one suggest me what to do.

Aap paper tray nikal kar .. Paper proper rakh dijiye.. Or paper try waps laga dijiye.. Jo multi prit aa raha vo software ka problem hai software uninstall kar ke reinstall kijiye aap problem solve ho jayega
