Ricoh User code Authentication, how to know, who did how many copy, print and scan?

User code Authentication,
With unique password per user and get facility:
*Stop un authorities photocopy print and scan.
*Get counter per user for Photocopy Print and Scan.
*Give quota for print or photocopy or scan ( who can how many print or photocopy, color or B/W)

I configured these settings through the Web Image Monitor but when I try to print its says "User doesn't have the privileges to use this function" Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I have set up the ability to print code by entering the code in the user's computer. This way I use it to count the number of times the user has printed, but how do I configure the user to only send the print command to the laptop when they want to print? printer, they enter the code and the printer prints the document

sorry, you can get only total counter per user, you can't trace back certain dates of the number of printed or scan copies.
